The experience of enjoying a hot shower after a chilly day was like finding a $20 bill in an old coat pocket! The water pressure was fantastic, and the complimentary tea and snacks in the fridge felt like receiving a warm hug from a long-lost friend. Such a lovely touch!
Power sockets could be better.

Recommend it as we appreciated this hotel. Thank you guys for a good stay for $ 54-00 per night. The setting is excellent, not far from the centre of the ceiling, the Sunday markets and other events planned for the rest of the day and eating places, very quiet area. A special thanks to extremely friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. There is plenty of YUMMY food for breakfast.

Good location in the middle of Hepburn Springs and a minute away from lovely bushwalk and paths leading down to the bath house. Very peaceful.
The ground floor rooms were comfortable but a little dark and it would have been good to have some crockery and cutlery for take away food. This is a minor criticism only.

Thank you for a very special experience we had at this quaint little hotel. Friendly service from the fairly friendly and super-friendly staff that we interacted with. The food for breakfast was great and yummy. Appreciated our stay here and recommend...
Although everything was very good, some of the staff were very unhelpful.

Just a short stroll away, we enjoyed the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, where we relaxed in the healing mineral waters. The kids loved exploring the surrounding walking trails, making it a fun-filled adventure for everyone. My wife says that more kid-friendly dining options nearby would be great for families.

There was too much noise from the band playing next door I was not aware that by booking it through you that I had to pay and additional $35 which made the cost of the room expensive, should have booked it direct with the motel
